 Professional Accountability
 

Payment for all professional services is required at the time services are rendered.  Individuals seeking to utilize their insurance coverage will be asked to provide policy information for pre-authorization when they first make contact with our office.

Advanced Counseling and Research Services is approved by some but not all all insurance companies, especially managed care organizations.  In such cases, clients will be required to pay for their services and we will provide paperwork for them to request reimbursement for services provided by an out-of-network professional provider.  An on-line credit card service is also available for clients seeking to utilize this form of payment for counseling services.

Professional Service Rates

Intake: $130

Individual Session (50-minutes): $110

Individual 1/2 hour Counseling Session: $55

Group session: $50 (Closed group format - minimum of 6 participants)

Couples Session: $110

Family Session: $110

Consultation:  $40 (1/2 hour)

Educational Support Services  $30 (open group format)

Payment Plans are available for qualified clients without health insurance coverage.
