Advanced Counseling and Research Services  is dedicated to the delivery of professional and confidential counseling services.  The Clinical Staff adheres to the current Code of Ethics of the American Counseling Association.  Confidentiality of client information is bound by HIPPA regulations and breech of confidentiality of privileged communication is limited to specific conditions required by law.
